The main board has its own potentiometer for speed regulation, and an external potentiometer can also be used for speed regulation. When an external potentiometer is used for speed regulation, the built-in potentiometer can set the speed regulation range, and the external potentiometer can adjust the speed within the set range of the built-in potentiometer.

Onboard speed regulation:

When the controller is powered on and does not detect an external 10K ohm potentiometer, use the on-board potentiometer speed control mode, the speed adjustment range: 0-30kHz, turn clockwise to increase the set frequency.

ACC acceleration adjustment:

Acceleration is defined as: the time required for the output frequency to accelerate from 14HZ to 30kHz, the adjustment range: 0-3 seconds, clockwise rotation increases the acceleration time, please adjust according to the motor, transmission, load characteristics and other factors.

Deceleration adjustment:

The deceleration is adjusted by the DIP switch, there are 4 levels in total, 100%, 50%, 25%, 0%. For the setting method, please refer to the parameter comparison table printed on the lower part of the PCB on the control board. A setting of 100% means that deceleration is the same as acceleration. Setting it to 0% means there is no deceleration slope, and the deceleration is stopped immediately, which will cause a large impact, which requires attention for rigid transmission systems. In short, please adjust according to factors such as motor, transmission, and load characteristics.

External speed regulation:

When the control board is powered on, it is detected that the 10K ohm potentiometer is connected (the external speed regulating potentiometer must be 10k ohm specification), and the side adopts the external speed regulating mode. At this time, the on-board speed regulating potentiometer is used to set a speed regulating range, and the external potentiometer regulates the speed within this range. For example, some applications do not require the output frequency to reach more than 20Khz. Here, the on-board speed regulating potentiometer can be used to set the adjustment range to 20khz, and the external potentiometer can continuously and uniformly regulate the speed within 0-20khz.

Tip: After detecting the external potentiometer, the on-board potentiometer needs to be powered off or stopped for the adjustment to take effect
