Instructions/Precautions

 

The ammeter for testing current can only be connected in series at the 5V input of the charging board. The charging current z is 0.37C of the battery capacity, which is 0.37 times the capacity. for example, a battery charging current of 1000mAH 400 is enough. If the charging speed is too high, the effect will be poor, and the battery voltage will drop more after charging! The charging connection wire must not be too thin and too long. This makes the connection resistance large. If it is too thin, the battery voltage will drop more. Good contact with battery connection z. Otherwise, the battery voltage will drop more. If the input voltage of 5V is too high, such as 5.2 or even 5.5, the charging current will be less than 1000mA, which is normal. If the voltage is high, the chip will automatically reduce the charging current and will not burn out. It is normal for the chip to heat up to about 60 degrees during operation. After all, the charging current is large. Input reverse connection has no effect on the chip, but output (battery end) reverse connection will burn out the chip, please pay attention.
