1) We usually ship by DHL, FedEx or EMS --- we choose themost economic way among them for you.

2) If buyer need the parcel to be delivered by certaincourier or other express way, please contact our sales to adjust the pricebefore payment.

3) Small package within 2.0kgs usually be shipped by Chinapost / HK post.

4) Remote area fee excluded, for addresses listed in theremote areas on DHL/UPS website, will be charged an extra US$40.

Import Tax:

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee or customsdelay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer’s refusal to pay theabove fees, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those feesand pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order orrequest refund based on the above reason.

Return and Warranty:

All items are brand new straight from the factory. In caseyou receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on thereceipt.

Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.

It is the customers' responsibility to pay for returnpostage and ship the item back to us.

All returns must be confirmed by our after service staff, weare not liable for any return package without prior notice.

For non-defective returns, there will be administrative feeapplied.

We offer ONE Year Factory Warranty (accessories not included).

Warranty will be voided as of:

(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused,improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.

(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyersreturn the item to us.

(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorizedperson.
