If there is no resistance, continue to the second step. If there is resistance, check whether the 3 wires of the motor are connected. No There is a good connection, (the method of detecting the quality of the motor: touch the motor wire of the electric vehicle two by two, if there is resistance, it means that the motor is good, if there is no resistance, it means that the motor has a problem).  

NO.2 Connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply and the door lock wire The controller's power cord is thick red for the positive electrode, thick black for the negative electrode, and thin red for the electric door lock wire. It can be connected to the positive and negative poles and electric door lock wire of your electric vehicle one by one! Do not connect the negative electrode. Burn the controller if it is reversed. If there is no electric door lock wire on the electric vehicle, you can short the electric door lock wire on the controller and the positive pole of the power supply together).  

NO. 3 Connect learning line There is a pair of white learning lines on the controller.Plug the learning line pairs together, then plug in the power key to turn on the power and see if the motor turns automatically. Unplug the learning line in the forward direction. The plug will be turned forward, and then the learning line is unplugged to complete the learning (after this step is completed, the motor automatically turns to prove that the controller is good, and not to turn proves that the controller has a problem). NO4 To Hall Line The Cheng'er line is plugged in. The Cheng'er line is 5 lines per head. Note: Hall has positive and negative poles. The positive pole of our controller's Hall wire is red and the negative pole is black. As long as the positive and negative poles are good, the other 3 does not matter with the color of the wire. Hall can be used, but if the electric motor's Hall is broken, the following will occur 1.Jitter at start and weakness, but it will be fine when riding 2.Anti-theft alarm can be used, but the function of the lock motor does not work; 3.The three-speed high-speed gear does not work, but the low-speed gear can be used. NO5 Transfer line Find the turn of the controller, red green black, red is the positive of the turn, black is the negative of the turn, green is the turn Put the signal cable, and then look for the handlebar line on the electric vehicle. Note: The handlebar line of the electric vehicle must come out of the handlebar. If necessary, you can disassemble the handlebar to identify the handlebar connector in the electric vehicle. Connect the handlebar connector and turn the handlebar to see if the motor is turning. If there is no response at this time, 1. the positive and negative poles of the handlebar are not connected; 2. the handlebar is broken, it is enough to change a handlebar. (If you have a multimeter, you can use a multimeter to test the turn signal line to see if there is a voltage output. Turn the multimeter to the voltage output state. The red needle and the green signal line are connected to the black needle Connect the black ground wire of the handle to see if there is a voltage of 0-5V. There is no proof that the handle is broken. You must test the controller and the handle and turn on the power, otherwise it has no effect.) NO6 Connect the brake cable and EABS function (EABS is optional) 1.The controller has both a single yellow wire for the high battery brake line and a white and black wire for the low battery brake line.The high battery brake and the low battery brake are distinguished by the brake voltage. If the brake voltage is higher than 5V, the high battery Brake, if the braking voltage is lower than 5V, use a low battery to brake. Both high and low battery brakes have the effect of powering down the brakes. First identify the wires in your brake pads, one connected to the high battery brake and two connected to the low battery brake. (If your car is integrated with the rotary brake, you need to pull out the white and black of the low battery brake and turn it. (Bringing the wires together can have the effect of powering off the brakes.) 2.Because the EABS electronic brake comes with the controller program, the electronic brake effect will be produced only when the brake is powered off. The electronic brake is a moment when the brake is powered off, the motor generates a reverse force to brake. There will be a "click" sound, which has no effect on the motor, please rest assured NO. 7 Connect the instrument line The instrument line is a single thin green line, which is suitable for pointer instruments. If it is an LCD instrument, please be careful to select a mismatch. NO8 Access routes The cruise is divided into automatic cruise (the cruise route can be interpolated) and button cruise (the two lines connected by the button are connected to the cruise route). NO9 To the three-speed line The three-speed line is blue, black and black, of which blue and black are connected at low speed, green and black are connected at high speed, and electric vehicles are medium speed by default. NO.10 Anti-theft alarm function The anti-theft function is divided into two groups: anti-theft power and anti-theft signals. The anti-theft power is red and black, red is positive, and black is negative. The anti-theft signal is red and blue. It can be connected according to the dithering color.
